Sound Bath
Instructor: Julie Ann Aragaki
Join Julie Ann Aragaki for a restorative sound healing experience designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and help reset the nervous system. Through the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, participants are invited into a deeply immersive and meditative state where sound waves gently "wash" over the body and mind.
This calming experience provides a space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with your inner sense of peace and well-being.

What to Bring (Optional but Recommended)
To enhance your comfort during the session, participants are encouraged to bring:
Yoga Mat – Provides cushioning and insulation from the floor.
Bolsters or Pillows – Supports the knees, neck, and lower back for extended relaxation.
Blanket – Helps maintain warmth as the body relaxes and core temperature naturally decreases.
Eye Pillow – Reduces visual distractions and supports deeper relaxation.
Fees
Open to YWCA Kokokahi members with a valid annual membership.
Tuition: $40 for the 2-session package.
