About the Kitchen

Our new Kokokahi Commercial Kitchen is scheduled to open in Fall 2026, and will expand opportunities for culinary education, food entrepreneurship, and community connection. Designed as a shared-use commercial kitchen, the facility will provide a safe, modern, and fully equipped space where cooks, educators, small businesses, and community partners can gather to learn, create, and grow.

Mahalo for being part of the Kokokahi community. We look forward to cooking, learning, and growing together through the new ʻĀina to Plate Cooking Series, and to welcoming you into our new commercial kitchen in the year ahead!

As we prepare for the opening, we'll continue to share updates about programming, availability, and ways to get involved.
