Event Venues
Atherton Hall
Atherton Hall at YWCA Kokokahi has a dining area, wrap around lanai, floor to ceiling glass doors that opens to a panoramic view of beautiful Kāne'ohe Bay. Atherton Hall includes the use of 15 folding tables and 100 folding chairs.
Please Note:
Built in 1936, Atherton Hall is a treasured part of the YWCA Kokokahi campus. As we work to preserve and restore this historic building, Atherton Hall will undergo renovations over the next year.
The venue will remain available for rentals during this time; however, some areas may be affected by ongoing restoration work. We encourage interested renters to schedule a tour to view the current condition of the building and discuss any potential impacts on their event.

Mololani Lawn
Mololani at YWCA Kokokahi features lush outdoor lawns and shoreline views. This picturesque location makes the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony, wedding reception, corporate event, or recreational activities.
Midkiff Gym
Host your next big celebration at Midkiff Gym. An open‑air venue with ocean and mountain views, a full‑size basketball court, and space for 300+ guests. Perfect for birthdays, baby showers, graduations, and weddings. Rental includes gym access, restrooms, an assembly area with projector capability, and open space to design your event your way. (Equipment, tables, and chairs not included.)
Hale Ana
Elevate your experience at Hale Ana. A calming place designed for pure relaxation. Nestled beneath majestic monkeypod trees, this serene, covered space is perfect for yoga, sound healing, dance, and any activity seeking peace and rejuvenation. Let nature set the tone while you create the experience. (Equipment, chairs, and tables not included*)
Waikalua Lawn
Take the stress out of parking with Waikalua Lawn, your convenient overflow option that keeps guests happy and your event running smoothly. With plenty of space and easy access, it’s the simple add‑on that gives everyone peace of mind. Just bring 2–3 volunteer parking guides to keep traffic flowing.

For guests seeking a little more comfort while staying close to nature, Hale Nanea offers a cozy indoor retreat. This thoughtfully furnished cabin features three queen-sized beds with fresh linens, providing a restful home base for your group. Located just steps from indoor restroom facilities and adjacent to our outdoor camping areas, Hale Nanea blends the comforts of indoor accommodations with the beauty and tranquility of the outdoors.
