Join us at YWCA Kokokahi for our Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention class—a gentle, beginner-friendly program designed to improve balance, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.

Tai chi is a mind-body exercise practiced worldwide for its powerful health benefits. Through slow, deliberate movements and guided instruction, participants can build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence in movement—all while enjoying the peaceful setting of Kaneohe Bay.

  • Class is FREE, but reservation is required

  • Must have an active Kokokahi Annual Membership ($50)

  • Registration available online or in person

  • Limited space — first come, first served

Participants must be able to walk to and from the Kokokahi Gymnasium. If assistance is needed, please contact us before registering.
